New Patients
On your first visit to our office you can expect to be greeted with a smile. During your new patient exam, we will determine your treatment needs as well as discuss your personal goals. We will listen to you in order to develop a treatment plan that meets your dental needs and personal desires.
The new patient exam usually takes about 1 hour. Please print the Patient Health History form from the link below and fill it out prior to your appointment. We look forward to meeting you!
Payment Options
We are happy to file all dental insurances and will do a complimentary insurance check to tell you exactly how much your insurance covers before any treatment is performed so there are no surprises. We are in network with Delta Dental, Arkansas Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, and Aetna. Patients are responsible for their portion of payment at time services are rendered.
We accept cash, check, Care Credit and all major credit cards (Visa, Discover, Mastercard, American Express).
